The Delegation of the German Economy in Macedonia, in cooperation with Evrosimovski Consulting, a member of the Macedonian-German Business Association, held a seminar on 16.11.2018 on the topic: "Risk Management in Organisations/Companies".
Risk management is a central part of strategic management. It is a tool that helps to anticipate and respond to adverse events, and to direct internal control actions and resources toward key functions and their associated risks.
ISO 31000:2018 represents a risk management system, with principles and guidelines. The primary reason for which this standard was created is to provide principles, guidelines, and frameworks through which risks can be managed.
